Project Coordinator
About the Project
The Himalayan Hub Cafe Project is a transformative CSR initiative implemented by the Prateek Sadhu Foundation in partnership with Royal Enfield. This project aims to empower 26 women from local Self-Help Groups (SHGs) in the Himalayan region by establishing a sustainable, women-led enterprise.
The initiative combines NSQF-aligned culinary training with essential kitchen infrastructure upgrades to launch a 40-seat cafe and mess. Furthermore, the project includes a specialized "Himalayan-forward" artisanal jam production unit to reduce fruit waste and create high-value products. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to preserving culinary heritage while fostering economic independence for rural women.

- Training Coordination: Facilitate the Training of Trainers (ToT) program and coordinate the two-batch staggered training cycles for participants.
- Event & Exposure Management: Organize industrial training visits to regional hotels/bakeries and manage logistics for mobile kiosks at food festivals.
